A street this teeming with “street people” shouldn’t dim Christmas day, but dim it did.

Although a few businesses were open (Top Dog, as usual) a coffee house near Cal, the Tarot guy and two head shops–Christmas action moved to People’s Park at its major attraction, Hate Camp.
